Darn it!

It's been another month... and I didn't post any more than the month before!  Can you believe Jax is 2 months old already!?  He's changing so much!  I keep looking at his precious face and thinking This is my favorite stage - I don't want to forget this and yet my camera cannot capture his preciousness, and the next day I'm thinking it all over again - EVERY stage is my favorite!  EVERY day with Jax is our best day!  I just can't get enough of this kid!  If you thought I was silly before - you should see me now.  ...making up new words to old songs... doing anything that brings a smile to his face - no matter how crazy I look to the adults around me!

So - a whole month recap!?  Okay!  I'll start with pics!

Wow - looking at his 5 week picture and then his 9 week picture is amazing!  He's growing so fast!

Taking pictures is getting tougher and tougher.  My subject is MUCH more aware of what is going on around him - and much less likely to sleep through being moved around and jostled on the set.  So I had to enlist the help of the ever popular Daddy.  LOL!  It's hard to get Jax smiling at the camera because he's smiling at Brian, but at least he's smiling!

We had Jax's 2 month appointment today.  He's still a long lean boy at 24 1/4" long and 10 lbs 6 oz.  And yes, still a big ol' noggin - 16"!  Gotta store all those brains somewhere (My dear aunt Marmie would say she could see his kidneys in there!  ...maybe she's his guardian angel.  LOL!).  He's got a clean bill of health.  His head is all rounded out again and not lopsided anymore.
